Gastro-resistant tablets based onesomeprazole.
Description
esomeprazole (also known as NEXIUM).These tablets are used to treat high blood acid reflux (HBI) and other conditions that are caused by excessive acid within the stomach.
Gastro- and HBI refer to the following conditions:
heartburn (burn of your stomach) associated with excessive acid within the stomach (acid reflux).
Also referred to as gastro-resistant tablets, these tablets are based on the observation that increased levels of acid occur in the stomach after eating. This increased acid production causes the lining of the stomach to become more permeable, which increases the risk of infections such as gastro-oesophagitis (oesophagitis that causes ulcers).
Gastro-resistant tablets are also used to treat duodenal ulcers in people with symptoms of ulcers caused by acid reflux conditions. These tablets should only be used under medical supervision and are not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
HBI (hai, ulcers, bleeding)
This medication is also used to treat conditions that are known as "bleeding disorders." These conditions include ulcers and bleeding ulcers caused by acid reflux conditions.

Purpose:The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of Nexium (esomeprazole magnesium) 40 mg in relieving acute gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients with chronic heartburn.
Method:The comparative efficacy of Nexium 40 mg and placebo was assessed in 30 patients with acute acid reflux disease (AID) and chronic heartburn (CH). The efficacy of Nexium 40 mg in the treatment of GERD was assessed in 14 patients with acute and chronic heartburn (AID) and CH. The efficacy of Nexium 40 mg in the treatment of CH was assessed in 15 patients with acute and CH.
Results:Among 30 patients with acute heartburn and CH, there were 14 patients (87.8%) receiving Nexium 40 mg and 14 patients (87.8%) receiving placebo. No significant differences were found in treatment efficacy between these two groups. The efficacy of Nexium 40 mg in the treatment of CH was assessed in the 14 patients with acute heartburn and CH.
Conclusion:The efficacy of Nexium 40 mg in the treatment of acute heartburn and CH was assessed in 14 patients with acute and CH.
Receptors and receptors of acidophilus
The mechanism of action of esomeprazole is mainly mediated by the inhibition of the proton pump and/or the reabsorption of acid in the stomach. It is also related to a decrease in the pH of gastric contents, which is the main route of absorption of acid in GERD. The proton pump is a highly important site of action in acidophilus. It is believed that the proton pump regulates acid secretion in the stomach, which is an important factor for acid secretion in the acidophilus. The proton pump is responsible for the release of acid from the stomach, which is responsible for the pH of the gastric contents. It is important to note that proton pump inhibitors may not be safe in patients with GERD, and they may increase the risk of hyperphosphatemia. In addition, the proton pump inhibitor may cause hyperuricemia and hypokalemia.
